How much shelf life of canned food.? 

1 year from date of production. see bottom of can to ensure the expiry.

If order now, when will I receive my canned food?

We ship these tin pack food from Karachi and Ideally it takes 2 to 3 working days to deliver major cities of Pakistan. However remote areas might take longer (4 to 5 working days).

What should I do if  received faulty can.

You should immidiately contact on +92-340-2884890 or email at jbfoodspakistan@gmail.com and intimate us. we will arrange replaced product for you. and provide you remedy according to your requirement.

 
Can I cancel the order?

You have all the right to cancel/modify the order before your order is confirmed. However, you cannot cancel the COD order at your doorstep.

Can I modify my order?

You can call us to have your order changed.

What are the types of payments do you accept?

we are accepting Bank transfers, all types of Visa and MasterCard- Credit and Debit. easy paisa and Cash on delivery 

Can I pay when I receive my order?

Yes, you can pay when you receive your order.

Can I place an order and pick-up?

Yes you can place your order online and pick-up from our Designated office. Our customer service rep will contact you with pick-up time and date. The customer rep will guide you about pick-up.

Why cannot I add a product to my cart when it is shown on the website?

This is due to the product not in stock or available in-store only.

 Why should I create an account?

If you create an account, you can shop next time without entering all personal and shipping details again. You can also have your list of frequently ordered items and hence can easily repeat them. Customers with account can also get details of our specials and promotions instantly.
