Order Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately for the cancellation of orders. Customers are eligible for cancellation before order is handed over to logistics partners.


Returns & Replacement Policy

If product is faulty (that means can is leaked / puffed or swelled) right after delivery, (Within 7 days of delivery) we are responsible to offer you replaced product free of charge (FOC). After 7 days delivery charges will be applicable.

 

In order to be eligible for free replacements, customer needs to provide photographic evidence of faulty product.

 

If customer decides to return the intact product, customer needs to deliver product at JB foods premises at its cost to be eligible for refund or replacements.

 

Refunds will be made in the form of vouchers which are redeemable within 1 year from the date of issuance.

 

If customer decides to select other product as replacement, price differential will be applicable.

 

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Customers placing an order on COD and refusing to accept may result in suspension/blockage of your account for future orders. In order to avoid such inconvenience, customers should reach us to cancel orders well beforehand with a genuine reason.
