Shahi Chicken Qorma - Chicken Korma
Most Aromatic prepared cuisine is prepared with Secret Recipe from Palaces of Delhi. Chicken Korma is a South-Asian delight that comes with thick gravy. This delicious royal dish was a part of Mughal cuisine in the 16th century before British era. At that period of time, the royal cook Mir Bakawal used to cook this dish in the royal kitchen of Emperor Akbar.
Journey of Chicken Qorma(Korma)
Finest quality chicken meat was selected and fried. Spices finely ground and then fried with Ginger garlic paste. Dried nuts puree and fresh yogurt was then added to gravy for authentic korma experience. Onions were fried to gold color, then dried, afterword hand ground and added to gravy. Green cardamoms and nuts were finally added as garnishing. Packed carefully for preservation of authentic taste.
