Finest Lean-Cut chicken was selected and ground to required thickness. Spices roasted and ground to excellence. Ginger Garlic paste was hand ground. Onion fried to golden rightness. Minced meat marinated in temperature controlled environment. Gram flour is used to thicken the gravy. Mixture was cooked on low heat in Fresh butter.
