Shahi Beef Kofta
Kofta is a type of meatball or meatloaf dish spanning the Middle East and Asia. It is typically composed of ground or chopped up meat mixed with spices and onions and rolled into a ball. Koftas in Pakistan are typically served alongside Naan or boiled rice. Keema kofta tastes wonderful when eaten hot and there is a crispy texture outside and very soft from inside. High quality lean beef was selected and then minced till required thickness and texture. Well roasted & ground spices added to Qeema along with coriander, onion & roasted chickpeas floor. Batter then marinated for required hours and then shaped in meat balls. These meat balls were then fried to golden precision. Curry was then prepared for these already delicious Kofta. Once Curry was ready, fried Kofta were added and cooked together for blended taste. Finally packed with caution for protection of taste.
