However, we believe our customers are the best judge of what is good and what is not.
At JB Foods, we have rigorous process of 8 months of testing before any product is offered for sale.
Where items are stored for mentioned months and then tested every month to ensure quality, texture and taste of a subjected product.
One of aspect of testing is to develop and reach to widely acceptable taste of particular food product.
For the purpose we have enrolled 100+ testers from different region of Pakistan to understand their likes and dislikes based on following Criteria;
- How does food look after opening can.?
- How is food aroma after Can opening and reheating?
- Quantity of food in a can?
- Is Meat quantity in food enough?
- How tendered the food was?
- How to you Rate Spice Level in food. (Low, Medium, High)
- Oil quantity in particular food? (if applicable)
- How does food taste overall?
Food tester needs fill a google form in order to enroll yourself in tester’s list. Link Below
Testers will be intimated before product rollout.
PLEASE NOTE WE DONOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR FOOD SENT TO OUR TESTERS.
ONLY DELIVERY FEE OF RS.150/- is applicable for administrative matters.
Once they receive and test the product they will need to fill following form.
One Story of Successful Rollout Program
Test Program for Shahi beef nihari can was rolled out for above mentioned criteria.
Following improvements were made based on 100 responses.
- Meat Quantity in Cans were increased.
- Spice levels were reduced to acceptable levels
- Gravy thickness was increased.
- Oil / Taree was increased based on tester feedback.
- Nutritional Facts were added to product packaging
- Procedure to handle can was added to packaging
- Product name was replaced from English to URDU
- Product QR was added for facilitating Re-Ordering.
After rollout and improvement. Shahi beef nihari is one our best sellers and widely liked by our customers with practically a few taste complaints.

The Price quality and quantity of JB Foods is good.
I have tested all delicious Chicken and Vegetarian Dishes except Lobia which I will soon InshaaAllah.
The spice level is high in most dishes and quantity of oil is way to much. I have to completely take off oil before heating and consuming food.
Use of Garam Masala need adjustment.
